The crimes and offence ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. THEIR AGES ARE THE SAME PRACTICALLY. THEY ARE FROM THE SAME ESTATE! THEY BOTH HAVE NO MENTION OF PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS FOR SIMILLAR OFFENCES.

But i will mention the elephant in the room.
The only difference is skin colour.

If 1 bloke gets 3 year for attempting to fight, and lets be honest here the biggest gang in Teesside Cleveland Police, then the next bloke doing the same should get 3yr.

And yes its been proven how easy it really is to do. Its been shown how quick we can round up, charge, put before a court then jail these idiots.
