I would say pensioners should be in jail they would get better looked after than in the community

Why not just ask pensioners? I think the 1s that dont need the WFA would, in the majority, not take it.

This generation of pensioners are an understandable and reasonable generation.

The next generation is parents at 16 and full of tattoos and piercings! Gawd help us....
