Always liked Warnock, always wanted him to manage the Boro, as did he & said on here a few years back leading up to Monk arriving he should have got the job before Monk, money to spend he would have taken us up, water under the bridge & I finally got my wish when he saved us from certain relegation

Sorry cant open the link, don't have twitter

Obvs  why he always had a Richard in the team 😉

The night before an FA Cup replay in 2010, Neil's wife dreams that a full-back will score the winner.

Warnock heeds her prophecy and picks second choice right-back Danny Butterfield up front.

The players are horrified, but Danny scores a 6 minute hat-trick in a 3-1 win.

HAHAHAHAH CLASS!!

I like Warnock.

I couldn't stand the man when he was Sheff United manager, but warmed to him significantly in later years.

I remember ranting when they beat Boro 2-1 that Southgate was a clown if he couldn't beat Neil Warnock.

I never had any particular issue with him. But lets face it, he was a classic Snake Oil Salesman.

There wasn't many who could master the art of slapping themselves on the back better than him.

Great bloke, met him the once at the town hall when he was on a few years back. I was invited in the hospitality area, had a chat & photo with him, lovely polite man

Still chuckle at his good old Boris comment at a Boro press confarence a few years back now which upset a few self righteous Boro fans who then had an instant dislike of him. Good on ya Neil, 👍
