Scrapping free transport for kids that attend an English speaking school but keeping it for attendees of Welsh speaking schools.

Racism? Xenophobia?.

[Too Much Perspective]

To be fair, this is some loony labour council doing it, not their tinpot government of sheep-bothering no-marks.
And if it unfairly discriminates against particular protected groups (which it may well do), it will be struck down. My guess is you'll see a u-turn within the month.
