Nice 7,800k steps recorded this morning while out walking & brambling in the woody area that runs parallel with St Marys walk

Feel every one of those steps mind, a week or so back I was doing between 10k & 13k steps daily but after a little setback I now do between 7k & 9k a day, its not a race they say

The plus sign the Mrs collected enough brambles to make a bramble & apple crumble, double whammy

Onwards & upwards

Keep it up Erimus, it's great to get out and about, and it will make you stronger long term. I'm currently walking my dog most mornings over Seaton Sand Dunes, it gets the legs working and the heart pumping.  :leo2:

Not brave Ken, just never been the one to sit around, frustrated I can't do more but hopefully that will come overtime
