To generate AI pictures to illicit a "pile on"? Even more so use a child to create a fake image?

Some of the comments from the berks thinking its real are very concerning.

Social media needs to step up really, some ai stuff is getting labelled now but not always 100% obvious.

Trouble is, web based AI has a lot of controls built into it already - but it's the ones you can run locally that will generate the naughty stuff like Martin Lewis telling you to invest in crypto
