I dont believe for 1 second that breakfast clubs and youth centres are or will work.

That is not the way to prepare young 'uns in the current climate. The gangs in London Manchester and Liverpool are not going to put the drugs, guns and cash down for a game of ping pong. Its way beyond youth clubs etc.

The fact that you can have kids now and the state will continually pick up the tab needs chasing.
