Luton did well to go up.. and they'll do well to hang on to Rob Edwards.. will they temp Ross Barkley into the championship? Could be a tough one.. some lower league gems could have them looking consistent in the top six for vet little outlay. STILL gutted they didn't just buy MK Dons when they went up! They would have had a fit for purpose stadium.. plus they could have sold their ground and sold the MK Dons players to have a decent war chest to go at. Added bonus of folding MK Dons and keeping Hartlepool in the league!

Burnley with Vincent Kompany looked like they were on the right path in the Championship.. stick to plan.. strengthen with Belgian wonder kids? They've got a good core and expect them to be the top end of the top six.

Sheffield United.. fingers doublely crossed that on the piss Chris can continue his blag and bring in heavily paid big names.. a few rusty gunslingers from tge prem and a few tarnished Sheriffs from the championship. Slow start then a drop.. then a change out before Xmas.

I dont fear anyone team next season Newy, providing we bring in who the recruitment team are looking at & we have our share of injuries, not 5, 6 seasons in 9 months

The squad proved over the last dozen games that they have enough to comfortably finish in the top 6

I think Burnley will be in contention & one of the losers in the PO's, the Championship, although for me is the best league in the world, is getting weaker by the year
With the usual teams in & around the top 6, 7, 8 group

You would, think/hope, we have a couple of our highly rated academy players pushing on next season & been involved in & around the first team on a regular basis

Matthews and McCabe link up with the England U18s.. so they are defo moving in the right direction.

Great bits of news Newy, the club is certainly heading in the right direction

All we want is to read that MC has actually signed his new contract
