Called down this morning for a brief visit, not as grim as I expected.One busker( a guitarist very good)
Five beggars, two of them an middle aged /old couple sat together)
Plenty of ethnics, shops didn't look too bad. Kept me hand on my phone and my wallet and fucked off as soon as I could.

Darlo centre is actually slowly reviving with some really decent eateries now and a bit of atmosphere around Skinnergate

Its not got the 'don't feel safe' vibe like Boro and Stockton have
