The mighty Boro beat Tahiti Select XI 6-0 to finish off their Australian/New Zealand tour. Jack Charlton was among the goals, David Mills grabbed a brace, with John Craggs, Alan Willey & Terry Cooper making up the rest of the goals

He played 2, 3 reserve games too, just to keep himself fit, with keeping his players registration maybe if needed to play in an emergency he could step up
