Just try to imagine what a bill like that would be like in England.

We know there are certain people that would use it to "target" people they just do not like.

The old woman claims she has not spoken to her neighbour since November and this "altercation"  happened last week.
Why nick ANYBODY? Why not "interview" people in their homes rather than nick and cart them of to police cells over a word?
