Everton docked two points for second financial breach - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68723109

Should have been in the bottom 3 but forsome reason they had points retracted, why if they've dobe wrong why give them points back

teamboro

Should relegate both teams Especially Everton
TEESSIDER and Proud  of the area unlike some and I'm not a Racist

Corrupt bollocks. I seen they are on about removing points deductions and bringing in something called a luxury fine or tax

When interviewing those team fans they saay its not right taking points off them that they've won on the pitch, surely the points they've won is down to the players they bougfht

If for example, Boro & Everton had £10m each to sign players with that would be fair & proper then somehow Everton found another £10m stuffed down the back of a sofa then they have the advantage of buying/paying for better players

To be fair to the Jocks they stuck to their rules and blasted Rangers, Italy did the same with Juve.

Too much money in people's pockets here.

Crazy league body, how can you (slightly) punish the few & unpunish others

People go on about City, and I'm not saying they are whiter than white, but when they were first took over, didn't their sponsorship deals at the time come close to 1 billion net? This was a time prior to financial fair play.

The system is corrupt, and needs to be looked at across the board. This random points deduction and then re-instatement is utter bollocks. Make the rules abundantly clear and the penalties for not being within the set limits.

The football league system needs looking at also, the 3 down from the prem is so unfair to the rest. Every single club in the football league should be allowed to spend cash value upfront to those prem teams getting parachute payments. It stops the borrowing and gives the owners and fans a fairer chance of promotion to the prem.

The resulting penalties dont fit the crime
If clubs knew in advance that the result of cheating would be automatic relegation then would that be enough of a deterrent?

The prize to stay in the greed is good PL is far greater than the thought of points deduction, both Forest & Everton will survive come the end of the season, with Luton, Burnly & Sheff Utd, playing within the rules, relegated

Last year, the Premier League revealed that City had been charged with more than 115 alleged FFP breaches covering a nine-year period between the 2009/10 and 2017/18 seasons.

I wait to be convinced that Burnley and especially Sheff Utd didnt break the EFL rules which is what awaits them if they get relegated

Luton just scraped on a fairly modest squad but their incomings can't have been massive given they play in people's back gardens
