Appeal court rule "moral criminal defence" is no longer a reasonable legal defence for "hate crimes" such as property damage by groups like JSO etc.

About time we got back to criminal damage been criminal damage for example.

Now they need to work on the offence caused bollocks.

How can Sexpom report me for "transphobia" because it "offended" him but he does not say anything about the trans comments used against Kate Middleton on Fmttm?

The courts and police should be able to see that his claim of being offended by comments from me but not the 1's on Fmttm are cast iron proof its nothing more than a personal dislike he has.
