It's a matrix tool used by banks to con those not on the breadline into taking out loans and credit to fund their lifestyles beyond their actual means

It's the sort of score that,for example, if its a high score tricks someone like smalltown into thinking they've made it in life when the reality is they're just signing themselves up working longer
