Ridiculous. How do they pass the theory test alone with not being able to speak English? How can ANY driver read road signs, motorway boards etc without understanding English?

To be fair I've driven in France, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria. Scotland, Portugal, Holland. Sunderland and many other countries who speak a different language to me. Barely killed anycunt. Particularly when driving sober.

Were you carrying members of the public? Single females at night? Other peoples Kids on a school run? For taxi driving its surely different "rules" for carrying fare paying passengers?

I am 100pc sure the driving test in Spain is how many phones can you use at once whilst driving at 100kph.


They have manikins with a flag on major roadworks no need for bollards or road closures.

I asked this Toppy and its because 2 year ago it changed that you dont have to be licenced by the council in the area you work.

It is loads cheaper getting your badges through Wolves. Last year they issued 11k badges but only 800 work in Wolves!
