How the fuck do the police get a grip on the criminality of these cunts?

3 pulled out and a stolen 4x4 on me at 23:00 on Friday night outside the Ship(Eston) heading towards Normanby.

Then last night driving up the mad mile I could see about 6 pairs of lights on the top of the hills near the nab.
