Big Vlad asked Khan to donate the scrapped cars from ulez to the Ukraine rather than sat in a scrapyard rotting away.

Khan has said no based on some legal blurb.

Surely the ultra W word Khan could find a way round it? Thought he was all about "helping the people".?

I have yet to read 1 supporter of ulez ever mention the 1000's cars rotting away in a scrapyard somewhere.
