Good weekend coming up 😀Hopeful for a decent Boro Display tomorrow then onto a Diwali Party with my Asian family and friends. Then onto something sadder on Sunday ,Remembering Our War Dead . "They Shall not Grow Old " Especially you Freddie shot in the Irish Troubles. A good Smoggy and Great Green Howard !!!

I lasted 3 days at Diwali in Sunderland a long while ago. It wore me out. Some of the lights were amazing. Sounds like a very nice and respectful weekend Bro.

Good idea. Not sure that'll go down too well with the Muslamics (an old CoB saying, for the uninitiated) mind. After all, they call the shots now!

It would be right up their street. We would be embracing their culture into the British calendar. The other religions would want their holidays recognised and before you know it we'll have another half dozen Bank holidays!
