I know its a subject close to heart Johnny but i have to question "ownership".

If somebody owns the land legally should they not have the right to decide who or what they allow?

I can remember ICI being total twats over land up the hills.

I share a path and gate (even though they have their own) with the old twat next door. Everyday i have to listen to him banging about, tying the gate back when he goes out on his wifes scooter, putting the bins out, deliveries, chimney sweeps etc etc.

Its awful the feeling of no privacy.

That is happening at your door though Ken.
I wouldn't dream of walking close to someone's home unless the path and fencing dictated it so.
We have a lovely countryside and at the moment we have legal rights to enjoy less than 10% of it.
I do understand the argument though. If I catch some cunt in my back garden, they get the conduit.

It is one of the main reasons I enjoy doing multi-day long distance trails. You can walk for days and not get grief off any cunt.
