back in the ring again this weekend all be it over in the USA/Florida.

His name is still shrouded in drug controversy - so the jury is still out on whether should he be back in boxing again.

I'm all for second chances despite the fact it's naughty going into the fight game pumped full of gear given the obvious dangers anyway in the fight game.

I'd still like to see him have it with Chris Eubank Junior, I just wish these fights were taking place over here in the UK rather than abroad, but get the money side of things. This one is out there because of licensing issues - which doesn't always sit well with me.

Mexican boxers, and I don't know of him, are no mugs, so a bit of a fight I would say is expected.

I will go Benn win 7th round. It will be highlight's for me though.

Nothing will match the golden era of when their dads boxed.

Boxing at heavyweight is a joke division at the moment. The middleweights are fighting away but everything is about "Hollywood" Fury and them jokers off Youtube.
Its embarrassing for boxing lately, a sport i adore.

All very true Ken.

Word has it once the Saudis join the party the 'big fights ' will begin.

Until then they are ducking each other due to a loss that will lessen their hand when the big money from the Saudis gets put on the table.

I sort of understand it whilst not agreeing with it, due to it starving us of some big rucks.

If only Hagler, Hearns, Duran, Benn, Eubanks Snr, Watson, Leonard, Robinson, Hopkins, LaMotta, Monzon, De La Hoya,  etc. were all 30 years old now.

The fights they could have and the money they would make!!

AtomicDog

Do you think he'd been on the whiff (His old man certainly liked 'Party' drug's) or other 'banned' substances?

He can't have made that much money in his boxing career surely.

What do you think?
Why must I feel like that . . . Why must I chase the 🐈

They wont admit it - its the agents/promoters putting spanners often putting spanners into the works.

I listen a lot to Talksport from morning shows through to Andy Goldstein and Darren Bent's teatime show. All decent and knowledgeable folk on it. Simon Jordon is a good listen he knows his stuff and ruffles feathers the right way and he speaks well on boxing whilst also calling out those running the show.

He says it's all a bit iffy in this day and age with them ducking due to finances

For me, there is only one man ducking fights, and thats Fury!! I believe all the others would fight each other...Fury is ruining the hevyweight division.

Ravishing Rick Rude

Boxing went to shit the moment Mayweather fought McGregor. It opened up the doors for YouTube Boxers to make a mockery of the sport, and older Boxers to take on UFC fighters outside of their comfort zone.

Fury is ducking Joshua and Usyk, even though he would beat them in my eyes.

I'm done with heavyweight boxing.

Ravishing Rick Rude

And as for Benn, he's a bang average boxer...... and shit actor.

BoroRedKen

I wonder if Big Frank wishes he was 30 now. He would leather some of the heavyweights out there currently for fun.

Stuart Lithgo and Davey Garside would sort them all out!! :curtis:  :curtis:
