I've been reading one of Kens threads and he posted a link to the cesspit that is FMTTM. The Supporters Forum thread over there caught my eye so I thought that I'd give it a read. There's some pertinent questions being asked on there but one really caught my eye but still hasn't even been addressed never mind answered, not publicly any way.

"MSF's constitution says they have to elect a new chair and secretary every year, with their 12 month terms running from 1st July. No mention of that in the minutes either. Did it happen?"

It's taken them about 3 weeks to ratify what from the minutes posted is about half an hours discussion which makes me think what has been published is heavily redacted

The stand out for me is the fact the digital ticket forwarding issue was raised, but nothing in the minutes indicating a response

Nothing more than a little get together of hand picked fans to give themselves the appearance of having some influence with the club under the guise of representing all fans.

Utter bollocks and its no wonder westy is at the heart of it, needs to make himself feel relevant when he's anything but

I have to say that Rob is not the kind of person to be on these kind of "committees". Its not a bad thing but Rob is anti-confrontational, hates "arguing" and i dont think he has even thought about throwing a right hook let alone ever thrown 1.

That kind of "job", representing thousands and thousands of supporters both ST holders and the fans who cannot afford ST's, needs someone with a bit of steel about them.

Digital ticketing needs sorting out from a fans perspective. It does not need a yes man for the club.

You see empty seats at matches. Why not offer an offer for walk ups to fill the ground? 25,000 ST holders or 30,000 and a rocking full stadium?

I get that ST holders see themselves as the clubs "lifeblood".
But there are fans like me who cannot at the moment afford to buy a ST. And sometimes it does come across as we are not true and real fans.

I provide here. I pay for here. and yes its cheaper than forking out for a ST.
And the 1 thing we all have in common is we are all fans of the Boro.
