Its not made up at all, it's all there in the proposal, which is 400 odd pages long. I personally don't see it going through, and there are many tories that are dead set against it. Go on youtube, the parliament debates over it are there for all to see.

The government are moving toward introducing a new Bill, which under law could potentially give you a 15k fine or a year in jail. It hasn't passed, it isn't yet law, it is now only being debated, with a large number of tories not happy. The proposal is 426 pages or there abouts, it's not fiction or made up, Ural it is very real. I have now given you two outlets that are only stating what I'm telling you. It's bullshit in what capacity, this proposal doesn't exist at all. or the fact that I have brought it to light, you don't like?
