Didnt see it but from the reaction Man Utd were handed another VAR decision, similar to Liverpool who have also been favoured in the past by the worst ever thing to bring in to football

Though what gets me, how come these managers & Klopp is a classic example, when things are going against em & they moan, why dont they EVER kick off when he a decision goes for them

I would have more respect for them then when they complain

No, when it does its well, swings & roundabouts, when its against them then its, totally wrong

Gingerpig

bloke was miles away from ball took out 2 players deliberately joke the way its used in this country , nowhere else seems to have all the problems we have with it

It annoys me that people are saying VAR is ruining the game - It's essentially a video replay. It has some of new laws programmed into it and its technology allows those decisions to be made and checked when very close, such as offside. VAR isnt making a decision based on its own thoughts its doing it against what it is programmed to do it against which are the rules.

The problem are the people sat in front of the VAR screens.

The worst thing they did was introduce VAR and then change the rules. For example, offside was daylight. Then they thought well now we have this Video assistance and various angles, ability to pause and draw lines we don't need daylight which is needed to assist the human eye and reaction we can now have it by the millimetre.

The decision last night was a joke, you don't need replays to see that. Again its the people in front of it, over complicating it, lacking consistency and still showing the big clubs favouritism

its becoming legalised corruption for the "big" teams , moan like hell when it goes against them , say nowt when it does

Thats fine, but football is spontaneous, a goal is scored & the crowd react, we will soon get to the point when a goal is scored we'll have to wait the outcome of VAR to see if its a goal, you cant do that

For over 100 years football has got by without VAR, yes mistakes have been made, but with this awful technology, mistakes are still been made, what if that decison v Wolves was to relegte Wolves, lose a cup final, etc, manager loses his job, then where do we go
I'm sorry but people can dress it up as much as they like, its the worst thing brought in to the game

Now if it were to cut down on blantent cheating, which is the biggest enemy in our game, then that would be good for football

For what its worth, just my opinion mind

Was it not brought in to ensure the correct decision was always made ?? Worked well 😂😂

Totally agree. It was fairer when everything was reviewed but now it is very selective in what it actually reviews(usually in favour of the big clubs).
Not only do they have all of the money they also have VAR .
