Would a photo of an Indian Restaurant staff be deemed "not diverse enough"?............

I "Worked" for a guy that had a few well known Indian restaurants in Teesside.

Not 1 restaurant employed anybody other than Asian men for the kitchen staff.

But to me the answer was in the plates of grub i ate. Fantastic. Authentic. Fresh from scratch. Nobody ever come close to them lads cooking of their traditional dishes.

I have eaten a million and one curries in restaurants and pubs cooked by reputable chefs but not 1 has been a patch on their curries.
