This season seems to be going from bad to worse, we started off really bad with no win in our first 7 games, then we went on a 6-game winning run then with injuries & our home form this season is slowly turning in to a disaster, no home league wins in 2024 with 3 draws & 2 defeats & not one clean sheet, our league cup run MC only saving grace
The playoffs have long gone, with Saturday's opponents Stoke City occupying the 3rd bottom position are 9 points behind the Boro, we now find ourselves looking over our shoulder at the wrong end of the Championship as we desperately need another Leicester City performance to hopefully, stop the points reduced from 9 to 6, which will mean MC changing our tactics again
Paddy McNair & Latte Lath are the latest players to return after a long time out injured, hopefully Jones & Fry are not far behind
Bottom line, at all costs, avoid defeat at Stoke

Another top draw opening post Erimus :bigjack
Beach towels at the ready for Boro as for Stoke they will have some fight for survival in them I haven't seen them play this season no doubt they will look like Brazil on the day . Stoke victory incoming. :redcard:
They've just got rid of their manager haven't they?
They're fighting for their championship lives
Boro too busy thinking about where they're going on their summer holidays
Home win written all over it
Another top post Erimus we need to start winning can't keep using the injury list as an excuse
Stoke 2-0 Mighty Reds
STOKE 3 BORO 0 IF GLOVERS IN GOAL
STOKE 1 BORO 0 IF DIENGS IN GOAL
STILL THINK A BOTTOM 8 FINISH IS LOOMING 🙄🙄🙄
1-2

Just bloody brilliant Erimus, as ever

Another great write up Erimus 👍Didn't know that fact about Chris Kamara .This to me is a must win game because the next few games could be a bit tricky. The Grandads will be there LOUD and PROUD as normal. Going for a 1-2 to us. UTMB !!!

Although saturdays is an away fixture our final home game at Linthorpe road before moving to Ayresome Park was a 1-1 draw with Stoke City, I have a gazette match report, 👌

Going on last weeks shit show you automatically think a home win for Stoke. If we go the formation we played at Leicester and the team want to make amends, then 0-3 to us. If the players are already on the beach, it could be a long afternoon.
0-3
The Grandads are on their way to Stoke !!We are turning up, let's hope the BORO do.Either way we'll still shout and sing because it's our team !!
UTMB!!!

I'd have dijksteel in for Ayling
VDB captain, great for the lad, he must be bouncing at 19 hes chosen the Boro & now rewarded after his fantastic performances this season with the arms band
Congratulations VDB 👌
Dieng back in tf, so 1 -2
GREAT SAVE FROM DIENG...GLOVER WOULD HAVE LET THAT IN 💪💪💪
Here we go again 1-0 potters
:unbelievable:
FUCK OFF 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
6 points above 3rd bottom as it stands, we really need to avoud defeat today & now that means scoring
Would you take a 1-0 lead at HT, of course you would love, what a silly thing to say, did she expect him to say, no I would have been happy us losing 2-0 at HT TBH
That half was awful, creally bad, Dijksteel has to start being Ayling & Engel over Thonas, neither are proving worthy of a start, I liked Ayling but his performances of late has been poor
Dijksteel and Engel all the way.
Thomas is a disappointing loan. Nothing in him.
FFS,, no vision whatsoever,,
What the hell are we playing at don't we want to win this game Stoke are crap
IF BARLASER IS A FOOTBALLER THEN I'M A FUCKING 🚀 ROCKET SCIENTIST 😡😡😡😡😡
My god.
I know you dont like Barlaser Lids, but fuck me, OBrien is not the answer at all.
Fucking hell this is relegation performance we are shit 2-0 Stoke :unbelievable:
FORGOT BOTTOM 8 WHAT I SAID...MAKE THAT BOTTOM 6 🙄🙄🙄
NOT LAFFING NOW ARE YOU URAL YA BIG OLD CUNT 😡😡😡
:orson: :winston:
NEARLY 600 QUID TO WATCH LEAGUE 1 FOOTBALL :rav:
THATS WHERE WE ARE HEADING NEXT YEAR 🙄
Firesticks been unplugged wasting no more electric on that . Have you ever seen a bigger bunch of headless chickens for fuck sake . Has no one sat down with these tails and told em they better stop trying to play it out from the back 10/10 times I counted there they did it and lost it well before the half way line. The defence is made of putty . what a absolute load of fucking shite. Gibson should hang his head in shame . the absolute cunt .
The worrying thing is they were far superior to us, a team in poor form, in the bottom 3 & we didnt lay a glove on them
The other concern is Carricks continually replaces players with like for like
I never expected him to leave for a PL team, never done anything to prove that, but I thought he had something more than a 12 month manager, who does well for a ywar, is found out & tgen gone but Carrick is sadly fallung into that category
Piss poor performance how embarrassing what's Carrick's excuse going to be they weren't brilliant we have gifted them this result
Great support again in numbers too
@Smoggers51, watching an inept, heartless performance
The whole shambolic shit show that is Boro FC is sinking faster than the labour vote in Rochdale :carrick3:
Gibson is a disgrace :redcard:
Carrick well he's more than likely given up another manger down the swanny :taxi:
Boro on the beach.
Stoke fighting for their lives.
Fucking garbage.

I fear you may be right re Carrick, as he seems stuck & incapable of altering this slide .....why not go 5 at back for a spell ffs
Im going to QPR next week as well. :youfuckinserious:

I can't get over the audacity of the prices Gibson is asking to serve this shite up . Next season is not going to rapidly improve . I might stick another relegation bet on next season TBH they are abysmal
You're right Erimus . Today was a very poor inept performance 🤬🤬Even my well of optimism is in danger of running dry .We have stopped off in Burslam and having a night out with some of my mates from Stoke. Disappointing game but great beers with the Stoke lads .
The same failing formation. No half time changes. Like-for-like substitutions when the game is already lost. And of course the usual aftermatch accentuating the positive guff from that hapless joke of a manager.
Basically, as predictable a debacle as usual.
Once Stoke dropped in to the bottom three, that was it.
